Weekly our mowing crews will professionally cut, trim/edge, and blow the grass off all hard surfaces. First cut on new accounts will pay a premium if grass is over 6" tall. 

You can request bi-weekly or monthly service after June.  We do provide temporary and vacation services, contact us on details.

We only use high quality fertilizers and herbicide products in our fertilization & weed control programs.  We use a combination of liquid and granular fertilizer products.  Our 5 step application program with optional grub control is our most popular program and is what we strongly recommend.

Core aeration loosens compacted soil increasing the availability of water, nutrients and oxygen levels in the soil, drastically improving the health of your lawn.  After aeration your lawn is covered with small plugs.  Within several weeks these plugs of thatch and soil will break apart reconditioning the lawn. 

This is usually done in spring and/or fall and is a great time to overseed.  

Dethatching your lawn improves its overall health.  Thatch acts like a barrier preventing water, nutrients and air from reaching the soil.

We use only the best premium seed blends available in the industry.  Customers can request the seed of their preference, or we can recommend after inspecting the lawn.

The best time to Overseed is after a spring or fall aeration.

A well cut bed edge makes all the difference to a well groomed lawn.  A properly done edge creates that crisp line seperating the bed from the lawn, and allowing lawn crews to maintain that crisp edge properly.

Want the perfect lawn without the wait? Then having a new lawn installed with sod is the answer for you.  Our team will come and remove the old turf, prepare the ground and then install a premium sod that is locally grown.

Seeding is a cheaper alternative than installing new sod. The beginning process is the same, but instead of laying new sod, we will heavily seed the area, fertilize and cover with straw. 

Blow & Mulch $125-$275 Average Range  

If leaves are done in stages to prevent from getting to deep, we blow out all beds around the home and perimeter of yard into the lawn, then with mulching mowers we will grind leaves up into lawn. If done properly this is a great natural fertilizer, but too much ground up leaves can choke root beds damaging the lawn.

Blow & Vac $275-$475 Average Range  

We can come at any stage of leaf accumulation. We blow out all beds around the home, blow clean the entire lawn, and then remove all leaves with our commercial leaf vacuum. Leaves are than hauled off to a organic recycler which we pay to ensure a more earth friendly approach then city dumps.     

Vac & Pac $125-$275 Average Range   

You blow all your leaves along the front curb. We will come with our commercial vacuum and remove all leaves.  Leaves are than hauled off to a organic recycler which we pay to ensure a more earth friendly approach.
