Property Masters provides professional snow removal services in Indianapolis. We offer Pro-Active and Will Call services. Pro-Active service allows customers to specify how many inches of snow on the ground to plow, known as the Snow Trigger, most popular being a 2" Trigger with Ice Guard. Ice Guard is spread after plowing & warnings of freezing rain. Will Calls are added to the schedule in the order in which it was received. Will Calls come after the completion of Pro-Active accounts.

Pro-Active service allows customers to specify under what events to spread Ice Guard, known as the Ice Trigger, most popular is after plowing and warnings of freezing rain. Text Alert approvals requires a contact name and cell number to receive Text Alert for approval. Due to insurance liability we will salt if the contact does not reply in 45 minutes.
